The customer does it all from their own phone, with no app. They tap the stand, scan the code or text the word, read your offer and send one text that is already typed, or fill the form on the same page. A welcome offer you pick, with a purchase condition and a time limit, such as a free appetizer with any two entrées within 30 days, one per guest. The guest taps the table tent, sends one pre-written text and gets the offer in the reply. Your server checks it on the guest’s phone. What does Rebook text them after they join? Slow-night specials with a time window, the patio opening, holiday seatings and event bookings, each with your booking link, up to four campaigns at once. Every text carries your business name and STOP wording, goes out between 8am and 9pm local time, and reaches each guest no more than once in 30 days. How else can a customer join without tapping? Every stand and sticker carries a QR code next to the chip, and the join word can go on a check, bag or invoice. A customer scans the code and lands on the same join page, or texts the word straight to your number. The page also takes a short form: name, number and a consent card they tap. What doesn’t Tap to Join do? Tap to Join only collects sign-ups that a customer makes themselves, by text or on your join page.
